We describe our products and their fibre compositions as accurately as we can. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We may correct pricing or description errors and, where necessary, cancel any affected orders and refund you in full.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where we suspect fraud or where an item is out of stock. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do not store your full payment details ourselves.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, text, and the Fredrick Bailey name, is our property and may not be used without our written permission.
